SDS's customer services organization enables SDS's clients to
maximize their investment in SDS by providing tools and services that ensure
they succeed. SDS delivers premier systems integration, implementation,
technical support, and education services to ensure the successful deployment
and usage of the SDS Solution.
In addition, SDS provides services including systems development
and consulting services for the implementation of our standard SDS solution. As
well as custom developed solutions to meet your needs. At SDS, 100 percent
customer satisfaction is our overriding goal and failure is not an option. As a
way to achieve this prime objective, SDS customer service continuously monitors
customer satisfaction, assigns at least one member of the SDS management staff
to each client as a sponsor, and maintains regular, interactive communication
with every client.
